Why buy online?

We have online exclusive items and online deals. We can pre-pack all your stuff and get it delivered right to your doorsteps. Oh and of course, you can shop 24/7.

Shipping Rates and Insurance?

Currently we are shipping within Canada and 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We have a flat shipping rate of $19.95 within Canada and 48 contiguous U.S. states for upto 2lbs, which usually is enough for most of the orders. Flat shipping rate is not currently available for some customers located in New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Yukon OR Extreme remote areas. After the order is received, we will call you or email if additional shipping charges are applicable for extreme areas or oversize packages. All orders are insured upto $100.00.

Order processing time?

Orders placed by 12:00 MST are typically processed and shipped within 48 hrs. Deal Bonanza will not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products due to shipping carrier. Deal Bonanza will not be liable if delivery failure arises due to unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to labour strike, war, fire, accident, non-availability of manufactured stock, or weather disasters, etc.

Parcel pick up?

Deal Bonanza will not be held responsible for parcels that are not picked up from the carrier's facility and are returned to us due to customer not picking up their parcels in a timely manner. Customers will be charged for delivery back to us and will be charged for the parcel to be sent again. If customers decide they do not want products re-sent then a restocking fee of 20% shall apply to pick up failure returns.


Customers must notify us of any errors and omissions within 48 hours of receiving the package. Items must be returned within 10 business days to receive refund. If a customer makes a mistake or changes their mind, they may return unopened items to us at their own expense. A refund will be processed less the shipping costs. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for loss or damage during return transit. There are no returns on sale or clearance items.

Out of stock or Backordered items?

We do our best to keep everything in stock at all times. If something is on back order we will notify you and ask if you would like us to hold your order until everything is available and we will ship it to you at one time or ship what we have in stock. If you would like us to ship what we have ahead of time, additional shipping costs will apply.
